2019 Airline Vikings: Focused on Focusing

  • Joel Rodgers

Bossier, La — Before the Vikings of Airline high school raid and ships, or dump any tea into any harbor, they’re focusing.

Airline Head Coach Bo Meeks has been preaching focusing and finishing all off season.

Last season the Vikings went 3-7, but it was a lot closer than it may sound. Five of Airline’s loses were by 10 points or less. The Vikings knocked off Haughton in week 10 and played close games against Byrd and Captain Shreve.

Going into the 2019 the Vikings look to focus and finish, just like coach Bo Meeks has been preaching all off season.

This week: August 23 Airline hosts Alexandra High on Friday night for a scrimmage.

Next week: August 30 the Vikings play Parkway in the annual Bossier Jamboree.

They’ll be more than ready, and focused.
