Drink up! A new “bubble” business bursts onto scene in Shreveport

Shreveport, La –
A new bubble business has recently burst onto the scene, and it’s wheel-y unique.
It’s Champagne Charlie’s Bubble Bar, an interactive mobile bar that serves champagne, on tap.
“Some friends and I were sitting around drinking Champagne and we thought it would be a great idea, so we just put it together, says bubble bar owner Casey Dávid.
Champagne Charlie’s Bubble Bar is the south’s only mobile bar serving bubbles on tap. And if that weren’t cool enough, the bar is made from a former horse trailer, because un-like bubbles, the bubble bar doesn’t float, it rolls.
Champagne Charlie’s Bubble Bar first “burst” onto the scene in March at Crawfest and can next be seen at:
Its name comes from something (a song) written back during the Civil War era.
“Champagne Charley was the first song ever written about champagne – and it was performed and written and sung by a man. So in the spirit of feminism, I changed Charley to a woman (Charlie),” says Dávid.
So raise a glass, Shreveport! You now have a mobile bubble bar, Champagne Charlie’s Bubble Bar!
