What’s the opposite of a pat on the back? A slap.

The 2018 season football season will mark the third year Ben Mintz as the voice of the Airline Vikings.

Last season, the Vikings were able to win a couple of playoff games and enjoy a nice winning season. One of the playoff wins was on the road against St. Amant. A South Louisiana football powerhouse, and heavy favorite to against Airline.

But things soon changed as Airline’s Coby McGee took an end around over 70 yards for a touchdown. Ben Mintz tells Real Shreveport Sports about what took place in a press box after the long touchdown run.

Things got loud. Things got physical.

Listen for yourself…..
