RUSTON – The Louisiana Tech tennis team will participate in the first of five fall tournaments this weekend as they head to Conway, Arkansas to take part in the UCA Invitational.

Other returners taking part are juniors Andrea Perez-Lopez and Claudia Oravcova and sophomores Ana Jover and Ilana Tetruashvili. The newcomers who will see their first collegiate competition are the trio of freshmen – Madison Cefalu, Rikona Murakami and Alexia Romero.

The Lady Techsters will also have four doubles teams – Sherman/Romero, Jover/Oravcova, Manjon/Murakami and Perez-Lopez/Tetruashvili – competing in the event that takes place on Friday and Saturday at the UCA Tennis Courts.

Times and draws have yet to be publicized. Twitter users can follow @LATechTEN for updates throughout the weekend.
