The FIFA Women’s World Cup will have a total of 24 teams competing with group stages June 7-June 20, Round of 16 from June 22-June 25, quarterfinals on June 27-29, semifinals on July 2-3 and the final on July 7.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup is an international football competition contested by the senior women’s national teams of the members of Fédération Internationale de Football Association, the sport’s international governing body.

The United States enters the tournament as defending champions.

The U.S. Women’s National Team will begin its championship defense on Tuesday. Here’s the schedule for the 2019 Women’s World Cup.
