Last week Northwest Louisiana saw several of our local schools knocked out the playoffs. We also saw several others advance to the quarterfinals.

In 5A, the Airline Vikings will host top seed Acadiana Friday night at Airline high school (winner gets winner of Zachary vs Ruston).

Haughton will host Mandeville between the pines at Haughton high school (winner gets winner of West Monroe vs Destrehan).

In 2A, Many will host Pine.

In 1A, Logansport travels to top seed West St.John

Homer plays host to Oak Grove. (winner of these two games will play in semifinals)
