Meteorologists’ forecast 100% chance of rock

Shayliff, Lish Starshine, and Adam Dale @ Strange Brew 8/11

  • Joel Rodgers

A few weeks back, a little birdie named Shay Bailiff was telling me about an upcoming show at Strange Brew.

The lead vocal of the Shreveport/Stonewall (Shayliff) band told Real Shreveport Music and Entertainment a show would take place August 11th. Cool, right? Well it gets cooler, because on the stage with Shayliff that night, is Lish Starshine. A Shreveport rock band consisting of; Josh Johnson – Vocals, Guitar, Chris McPeters – Guitar, Vocals, John Adams – Guitar, Kenny Densmore – Bass Guitar, Brent Skinner – Keys, Vocals, Andrew McPeters – Drums, Jeremiah Raab – Vocals. Rock on!! Let’s GOOOOOO!!

But that’s when things took a turn. Because Bailiff went on to tell Real Shreveport that “TBA” would also be there.”TBA?” Who’s that? Well… it turns out TBA means ‘to be announced’, And BYGOD, it’s been announced!

Adam Dale, a very popular singer/songwriter from Shreveport, also lead vocals for Adam Dale and the Sad Bastards, a 5 piece pop/rock/indie band from Baton Rouge, LA that specializes in massive hooks and catchy tunes; and lead vocals for the Shreveport legendary rock band The American Tragedy would be joining in, on all the rock, and fun, I mean… rock is fun. Adam Dale? Dang. I CAN NOT WAIT!

Dale will take the stage NINE on 8/11 to kick off a night of incredible music your ears will remember for a lifetime, fam.

The Show is at Strange Brew and if you’re not there, dude, so square.

9:00- Adam Dale
10:00- Lish Starshine
11:00- Shayliff

We’ll have interviews with everyone before the show to further hype this monster of a night. No seriously, this show is going to one of the best shows of the year. And check this, if you don’t like it, I’ll give you your money back. But since the show is going to be so good, no one will be asking for their money back. So there. Later gator.
