on05/28/19 Michael Ray Copeland was reported as a missing person with the Shreveport Police Department. He was last seen near 400 Topeka. Michael is a 41 year old white male who was last seen wearing an unknown clothing description. He has several tattoos and an amputated left arm. Michael’s family is deeply concerned about his whereabouts, if anyone has any information or the location of Michael; please contact Det. S. Roquemore (318-673-7020).
