Shreveport, La — The RSHV Aire Serv of Shreveport ‘Game of the Week’ for week #4 was North Desoto at  Northwood.

The two kicked off 1-4A district play at Northwood’s Jerry Burton Stadium on Friday night.

Northwood jumped out to a 28-0 lead at halftime and would go on to win 41-7. Luke Bogan had 4 touchdowns (3 of them to Detraveon Brown), Terrence Cook had two total touchdowns, and the defense held a very athletic and skilled North Desoto qb Kelvin Kinney to very limited yards and only 1 late score.

North Desoto is under the new leadership with head coach Dennis Dunn. Expect them to be very VERY good in the near future, but this year belongs to Jim Gatlin’s Northwood team. The falcons were just too good for the Griffins on Friday night.

Northwood is now 4-0

North Desoto is now 2-2
