NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State Athletics Department has a new ride-sharing partner.
The department announced Thursday it has entered into a partnership with EZ-RYDR, now the official rideshare partner of NSU Athletics.
“We are very excited to partner with EZ-RYDR,” Northwestern State General Manager of Corporate Partnerships Erika Moulder said. “Our goal over the next few years is to really enhance the football game day experience for our fans by providing more fun, unique and convenient experiences. Partnering with EZ-RYDR is the beginning of that. We’re looking forward to a long-term partnership with them.”
EZ-RYDR offers both single-ride and subscription-based offers with the expectation of tiered pricing in the near future. The company will hold a launch party Friday at 6:30 p.m. at Cane River Brewery.
Starting with Northwestern State’s Oct. 19 Homecoming game against Central Arkansas, EZ-RYDR branded tents will be placed on both the east and west sides of Turpin Stadium to identify EZ-RYDR pickup and dropoff points for those who attend NSU games. Both spots are conveniently set up to drop fans off at gates on either side of the stadium.
To request an EZ-RYDR ride, download the mobile app from either the Apple Store or Google Play, create an account, enter your credit card information and pickup/dropoff locations.
