The Shreveport Rafters announced on Tuesday that the club will televise a two hour, tape-delayed broadcast of Rafters and Lady Rafters home games each Saturday beginning April 8, 2017 from noon til 2pm throughout the season. Viewers can tune to local channel KSHV 45 to catch games and also see the head coaches, Greg Palmer (Rafters) & Ryan McConville (Lady Rafters), as they host a coaches show for fans each Sunday from 12:30-1pm beginning April 9th.
“The Rafters organization continues to strive to promote our brand to all reaches of our community. This effort will enable us to extend our brand and help our sponsor partners see an even greater value in their sponsorship dollars with our organization,” Will Broyles, Rafters co-owner stated. “This also gives our fans an opportunity to gather at home, or one of our tremendous sponsor’s establishments and enjoy seeing games together. While we are a soccer organization, we are really a lifestyle brand that builds our community by bringing it together.”
The Rafters are in the midst of searching for a host for the televised shows and hope to announce that hire in the beginning of 2017.
