Salty Saints fan buys billboards in Atlanta calling out the NFL

New Orleans resident Matt Bowers is behind the angry billboards, according to WWL-TV, his local CBS affiliate, and the signs will remain up in Atlanta through Super Bowl Sunday. There are eight billboards total, including one next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, site of the game.
“SAINTS GOT ROBBED,” reads one billboard.

“NFL BLEAUX IT!” reads another.

There are others:

“NFL SCREW’D DAT”

“ROGER GOODELL KNEW DAT!”

The owner of three car dealerships in and around New Orleans — along with others in Nashville, Tennessee; and Mobile, Alabama — has paid for up to two weeks worth of signage on billboards throughout the host city of the upcoming Super Bowl so that league commissioner Roger Goodell could see them.
