SHREVEPORT POLICE INVESTIGATING AFTER A LAWN CARE PROVIDER FOUND A HUMAN SKULL

Tuesday night while cutting grass, a lawn care provider discovered a human skull. 6:14 p.m. is when Shreveport Police responded to the 2600 block of C. E. Galloway Street, located near the corner of Sevier Street.

Caddo Parish Coroners Office were called out to the scene to investigate. The skull was taken to a crime scene lab for a further investigation. Details are very limited at this time, due to not having many on how this skull ended up in the woods.

Julia LeFort joined RSHV News 1 in May 2019 following her graduation from Florida College with a Bachelor's Degree in May 2019.
