Woman Deceased After Being Struck Between a Wall and a Vehicle

Shreveport Police and Fire Department are now on scene of a major accident. This is happening in the 3600 block of Southern Avenue. This is between the Osborne Funeral Home and the Lakeville Townhomes. Shreveport Fire Department have eight units on the scene and Shreveport Police Department have five units on the scene.

Update: According to Police Corporal Marcus Hines, two females got into an altercation. Witnesses told police that one of the women was walking away, that is when the other female ran her over with a vehicle. The female driver fled the scene and officers located her a short time later. Officers also located a baby with her. The female has been taken to Shreveport Police Department fro questioning. The deceased female’s name has not been released at this time.
