Woman Injured Following Shooting in Ingelside

Reporter Timmy Lane was on the scene where ten Shreveport Police units responded to a call about shots being fired in the 2800 block of Regent Street in the Ingelside neighborhood. According to police, a witness heard six to seven shots fired followed by six males running. When officers arrived they found that a woman had been hit in the face with a gun, but she is currently in a stable condition. The Shreveport Police have taken the man responsible for the woman’s injury in custody.
